Vegan & Non Vegan Nutrient Rich Caesar Dressing

Nutrient Dense Caesar Dressing (vegan and non vegan recipe):

1/4 cup soaked raw pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon tahini

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon torn basil

 

Put into a processor

Himalayan salt to taste

For vegans: add 1/2 ripe avocado

For non vegans, add 1 tablespoon pureed anchovy paste and 2 tablespoons fermented raw yogurt or milk
