Chocolate Yam Brownie

6 yams roasted at 350 until soft (squeeze out inside into a large bowl)
add 4 tablespoons raw cacao (not cocoa!)
add 1 tablespoon coconut oil
add 1/3 cup raw local honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon raw cinnamon

mix until smooth

this gives you yummy mousse (you can sweeten or unsweeten to your liking)

press into coconut oil greased pan and cook at 325 for up to 1 hr. let cool completely and cut into brownie squares.
