Nourishing BBQ sauce

1 cup roasted chicken juice or bone broth (optional)

Add 2 tablespoons black strap molasses
1 can organic tomato paste (if don’t use bone broth then use 16oz of tomato sauce)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon organic yellow mustard
1 teaspoon each paprika, cayenne, black pepper, sea salt *if don’t like spicy leave out cayenne
add additional salt if needed
