Fruit Pie Filling That Heals Your Gut
1 1/4c boiling water
2 cups blackberries or berry or your choice
1 1/2 cups sweetener of choice
Bring to boil and add
3 tablespoons bloomed gelatin (that means you let 3 tablespoons sit in a 2 tablespoons cold water so it turns into a solid patty)
Let simmer for 15 minutes and stir in
1.5 tablespoons arrowroot powder
Depending on your crust size you may want to double recipe.
Pour filling into cooked crust and let cool.
