Pumpkin Spice Latte
Real food pumpkin spice latte:
1 cup raw milk or coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon honey or date sugar
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup hot espresso or strong brewed coffee
In a small pan to the side, slowly heat up milk, using a whisk or an immersion blender whip until frothy, set aside.
In a pan slowly warm milk butter/oil, add in pumpkin and honey and spices/vanilla and let gently simmer. Pour in espresso.
Pour syrup into your cup and add milk to taste gently stirring.
