Raw Balls

The great thing about this recipe is you can swap out raw nuts or
seeds to create your own unique flavor as well as even try other spices (we
love dried cranberries and pumpkin spice flavors – nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and cinnamon).But the basics are:

12-14 Raw Dates, pitted and pureed
1/2 cup of raw organic coconut shreds
you can put the dates in the blender with the coconut shreds and it
will start to ball up into mush, or you can do by hand. but finally NF and the COOP sell all organic date and coconut rolls (while a little more pricey a lot of my clients just prefer this route and it is totally fine!).
You can find the rolls right next to the almond and peanut butter at NFs and use a full package.
1 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
2-3 tablespoons raw cinnamon
1 tablespoons almond butter

mix together like a dough with your hands and roll into balls! you can freeze them as an extra treat and you can line the bottom of a pie crust with the mix to make a gluten free pie crust option – just don’t cook at super high temperatures (around 300 or 325).
