Sweet Potato Curry

seriously makes my mouth water! Plus filled with lots of anti-inflammatory herbs and spices.
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp fenugreek
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Cut 8 sweet potatoes into big chunks, coat with olive oil, coconut oil (tablespoon each), and then toss in curry mix. Bake at 350 until tender, coating with 2 tsp of honey in last 5 mins of cooking.
