Veggie Korma

Veggie Korma

½ cup red onions

1 clove garlic, chopped

2 cups chopped greens

1 tablespoon fat (coconut or animal)

Sautee over high heat until onions tender


1 cup tomato paste (not puree)

1 cup broth (bone or veggie, if not water)

2 teaspoons himalyan salt

1 can full fat coconut milk

3 tablespoons curry powder (you can use Vert Foods recipe for the curry)

Add in to veggies and let simmer for 20 minutes.
